ATHERTON LOAN PROGRAMME

Atherton Loan Programme (Atherton-LP) stand for engineering, procucerement and construction, and Atherton- LP projects are large scale construction project that are managed by a single contractor. Atherton-LP projects are typically funded by a combination of equity (investment capital) and debt (borrowed capital) from a variety of sources, including banks, financial institutions and investors.

The fundamental of Atherton-LP project funding invoice balancing the need for upfront capital to finance the project with the need to generate return on investment over the long term.
