ATHERTON LOAN PROGRAMME

Atherton Loan Programme (Atherton-LP) stand for engineering, procucerement and construction, and Atherton- LP projects are large scale construction project that are managed by a single contractor. Atherton-LP projects are typically funded by a combination of equity (investment capital) and debt (borrowed capital) from a variety of sources, including banks, financial institutions and investors.

The fundamental of Atherton-LP project funding invoice balancing the need for upfront capital to finance the project with the need to generate return on investment over the long term. This thypically invoices careful planning and forecasting of costs and revenues, as well as effective risk management to minimise potential losses and maximise return.
